Would you like to empower parents in the early years of family life and lead a small specialist team? With us, you combine the management of the Early Childhood Advice Centre with counselling parents and caregivers of children up to five years old.

Team Leader Early Childhood and Parenting Advice Centre

Your tasks

• You lead the centre and the advisers both professionally and personally, coordinating team development and quality assurance.

• You advise families on parenting, development, and everyday family life. If necessary, you refer them to further support.

• You maintain interdisciplinary exchange and further develop the counselling services with your team.

Your profile

• A completed tertiary-level qualification with further training as an Early Childhood Adviser with a federal diploma and/or parenting counselling.

• Leadership training or initial leadership experience and the willingness to take on the management of a small team.

• Empathy, clear communication, and an independent, well-organised working style.
