What makes us special? As a versatile peripheral hospital with heart and mind, we live a trusting togetherness and a working atmosphere characterised by openness, respect, and appreciation.
Modern working means for us: acting humanely, with freedom to shape your work and an open ear for each other. Our employees are right in the thick of things – both professionally and personally. Family-friendly conditions and jointly organised duty rosters are part of our everyday life.
Would you like to return to the nursing profession after a break?
Returnees are warmly welcome with us – in all departments and specialities. Together we design the duty roster, enabling a flexible and well-supported return. We look forward to you if you want to get going with us again.

Your return to nursing – practical & flexible
As part of our entry programme, a well-supported path back into nursing awaits you:
- You start with a returnee course at a theoretical education provider
- During the course, you can gain initial practical experience on three insight days – naturally accompanied by a specialist
- Alternatively, you have the option to complete theory and practice in parallel – exactly as it fits your daily life. You complete your practical part on an inpatient or outpatient acute care ward
- During this practical phase, you will be accompanied by experienced colleagues
What you bring with you
- You are a qualified nurse (AKP / DN II / HF / FH / PsyKP / IKP) seeking an exciting challenge
- The diverse medical range of a family-oriented peripheral hospital appeals to you because it offers variety and development
- The well-being of your patients truly matters to you – you always treat them with respect and appreciation
- Reliability and accuracy are a matter of course for you, and you gladly take on responsibility
- You have already completed or are willing to complete the "Return to Nursing" course
- Your German is secure in spoken and written form (at B2 level if your diploma is in a foreign language) and you are proficient in IT
