On behalf of the municipalities of Hägendorf, Rickenbach SO and Wangen bei Olten, we ensure the professional care and support of over 12,000 residents. HF Nursing Specialist m,f,d - valuable support in the team (20-80%)

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care in the home environment
• Professional collaboration with team colleagues in complex care situations
• Professional care documentation as well as active participation in quality assurance and development
• Coordination and interprofessional collaboration with relatives, external specialist agencies, general practitioners and other complementary services

Your profile

• Diploma as HF nursing specialist or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience as a qualified nursing specialist; experience in the Spitex environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent, responsible work
• Good IT user skills and openness to digital working methods
• Driving licence category B
