Construction Manager Industry | Retail 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Coordination and management of contractors, planners and other project participants
• Organisation and leadership of site meetings as well as management of the construction journal
• Ensuring costs, deadlines and quality
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
• Preparation of tenders, offer comparisons, award applications and contracts for work
• Creation and monitoring of schedules
• Management of construction accounting in Messerli
• Planning and execution of inspections and commissioning
• Support of the final phase including warranty management
• Ensuring project work safety
• Close cooperation with clients, authorities, architects and specialist planners

What you bring:

• Basic training / completed apprenticeship in the construction sector, ideally with further training as a construction manager
• Several years of practical construction management experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Messerli and ideally MS Project
• Enjoyment in coordinating as well as pronounced organisational skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Independent, precise and forward-looking way of working
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Direct and open communication
• Reliability, loyalty and ability to work in a team
