Your Tasks

You rock the daily practice routine – appointment scheduling, patient administration, and correspondence are part of your repertoire

Documentation? You’ve got it covered! You ensure complete and correct patient records including doctor’s reports, findings, and discharge letters

Hands-on work: infusions, ear irrigations, blood draws (venous/capillary), vaccinations, injections, as well as attaching 24h Holter ECG and 24h blood pressure devices are part of your duties

Number juggler? You have medical billing and invoice control under control

The team counts on you! As a contact person for doctors, nursing, and therapy teams, you are an important hub

Thinking ahead is welcome! You contribute your own ideas to optimize processes and help make our workflows even more efficient

Your Profile

MPA out of passion – with completed training and initial professional experience

Medical terminology? Check! You are familiar and write fluent reports and protocols

Tech-savvy? Great! Experience with medical devices (INR, blood gas analyzer, 24h blood pressure, 24h Holter ECG) is a plus

IT skilled – you navigate confidently through hospital information systems as well as MS Office

Heart & empathy – you understand the needs of elderly people and their relatives

Structured & organized – you work independently and like to contribute to the team

Communicative & discreet – you convince with sensitivity and reliability

The working days are: Mon afternoon, Wed morning or afternoon, Thu afternoon, Fri morning or afternoon
