Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Insurance Sarnen Part-time/Full-time

An established printing company in the Bern region with the most modern production facilities is looking to strengthen its team with a committed individual.

Your tasks
You are the central interface for our customers and confidently lead projects from the idea to implementation. With a feel for people and solutions, you win new customers and further develop existing relationships. You prepare quotations, follow them up and successfully bring them to conclusion. At the same time, you coordinate the orders in the background, keep an eye on deadlines, quality and costs, and ensure that convincing solutions arise from requirements. In close cooperation with internal departments, you efficiently guide projects through the entire production process and enjoy bringing new possibilities and innovative approaches into customer work.

Your profile

• Training in the graphic industry, ideally with further education
• Several years of experience in consulting, sales or administration
• Confident German language skills, French an advantage
• Interest in digital topics as well as basic technical understanding
• Strong sense of customer needs and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently
