Privera's core business is property management. From property viewings to tenant selection, the tasks of the assistant position are very diverse. Support our management team in Basel in managing an exciting property portfolio.
Your tasks in detail
- Processing incoming terminations
- Preparation of rental contracts and addenda
- Organisation and conduct of property viewings
- Release of security deposits
- Issuing and monitoring of tradesmen orders
- Preparation of final accounts
- Handling insurance claims
- Assisting with the maintenance of our databases and master data
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- At least 2 years of experience in property management
- Confident German; foreign language skills are a plus
- You are decisive, flexible and set clear priorities
- Even as a property professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
