The Security Department of the municipality of Horw is looking for from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement a reliable and committed person as

Project Manager Building Construction 80–100 %

Your tasks

• Planning, monitoring and control of demanding construction projects across all project phases
• Management and control of quality, costs and deadlines
• Leadership and coordination of project teams and commissioned external planners, specialists and companies
• Project controlling and reporting
• Administration and document maintenance
• Function as a contact person for all project participants

Your profile

• University/FH degree in civil engineering
• Several years of experience in project management of construction projects
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building standards and regulations
• Entrepreneurial thinking, independent working style as well as strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
