Tasks
- Take on professional leadership and personnel responsibility of a team
- Ensure regular communication of daily goals to employees
- Ensure coordination and cooperation with site managers, clients, architects, and suppliers
Requirements
- Completed basic training EFZ, EBA or further training in the green sector after another vocational training
- Proven experience in leading groups or teams
- Experience in the professional management of employees
