MPA or Medical Secretary Secretariat Clinic Anaesthesia, Intensive and Pain Medicine 50%

- You plan and organise consultations and manage the reception
- You communicate by phone with patients and referring doctors and provide competent information
- You handle various administrative tasks (mail, emails, data entry and changes in IT systems, insurance enquiries, controlling and dispatch of reports)
- You perform ECGs and blood sampling
- You have training as an MPA or possess commercial or medical vocational training with further education as a medical and hospital secretary
- You have very good and confident German language skills
- You are a service-oriented personality who can prioritise and keep an overview, working independently and with quality awareness
- A respectful and empathetic interaction with each other and with our patients is important to you
