• You accompany and support people with dementia individually and resource-oriented and contribute to their quality of life and self-determination.
• You competently implement nursing measures, regularly take on daily responsibility and ensure the careful documentation of the nursing process.
• You bring your professional expertise in the field of dementia specifically into complex care situations and strengthen the teams in the professional handling of dementia-related and challenging behaviour.
• You are responsible for the professional development in the field of dementia, further develop concepts and standards and promote the transfer of current findings into practice.
• You work in the early and late shifts until 21:15 and promote professional interdisciplinary collaboration.

• You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Ideally, you have completed further training in the field of dementia (e.g. CAS / DAS) and have proven experience in long-term care with a focus on dementia.
• You like to take responsibility, work independently and keep an overview even in complex situations.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, convey your expertise in a practical way and communicate appreciatively and professionally.
• You are confident in using IT systems, ideally have experience with RAI LTCF and have very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
