Account Manager for IT Services

Do you have extensive IT experience and want to provide holistic advice to clients? As an Account Manager at BitHawk AG, you will support business clients across the entire portfolio – from consulting to engineering to sourcing. You combine technical understanding with a confident presence at the C-level and develop tailored IT solutions that add value for our clients.

Your Tasks

• You independently manage our clients – from SMEs to large corporations – and develop long-term, partnership-based relationships at eye level, including with stakeholders at the C-level.
• You acquire new clients and enthusiastically guide them into the digital future.
• You recognize client needs early, understand business processes, and work together with internal expert teams to develop convincing solutions in the areas of consulting, engineering, and sourcing.
• You actively contribute your broad IT expertise to provide holistic advice to clients and strategically develop them further.
• You coordinate and manage the entire proposal process – from planning to creation to successful presentation.
• You represent BitHawk externally – at client events, industry events, and with our technology partners – with expertise and persuasive power.
   

What You Bring

• A completed IT education (EFZ, HF, FH) or at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role at an IT service provider is a must.
• A broad IT experience across multiple areas – you understand complex interrelationships and can support clients holistically.
• Solid experience in proposal and project business, ideally with clients from the public and private sectors.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital tools.
• A quick grasp, high personal responsibility, and a professional and likable demeanor.
• Negotiation and stylistically secure German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
