What to expect

• As a logistics specialist, you have the opportunity to gain initial leadership experience in an exciting and dynamic environment
• The Goods Outbound Parcels area with several team leaders and employees ensures smooth daily goods dispatch
• Together with other deputy team leaders, you report to the team leader and support them as their right hand in daily operations
• Support the team leader in managing employees and ensure a smooth, cross-shift workflow of daily operations
• Organise and coordinate personnel deployment in close coordination with the control centre and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
• Introduce new employees and promote smooth information and communication flow within the team
• By actively participating in daily operations, you are always at the heart of the action and, together with your team, contribute to the timely processing of our logistics orders

What you bring

• Completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA), ideally in logistics or a comparable environment
• Professional experience in a modern production or logistics environment
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoy working with people as well as an independent and organised working style
• High quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and care in dealing with people and machines
• Good German skills (at least level B2) and user knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system between 05:00 and 23:00 and monthly Saturday shifts
