Process Engineer Sterile Manufacturing (80-100%)
Our sterile production is undergoing an exciting development. In the engineering team, you actively shape changes, bring in new ideas, and contribute to the sustainable advancement of processes, technologies, and structures. You have the opportunity to make a visible impact and directly help shape the future of our company.
Your Role
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to sustainably increase quality, efficiency, and process reliability.
- Drive technical changes, improvement initiatives, and investment projects from idea to implementation.
- Work closely with production and quality assurance to solve challenges and establish sustainable solutions.
- Strengthen the robustness of our sterile manufacturing processes and increase the availability of equipment and systems.
- Actively shape the further development of our production and make a direct contribution to the company’s success.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in process engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, ideally in sterile manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of GMP requirements and their practical implementation.
- Experience in handling technical projects; experience with qualification or validation activities is an advantage.
- Very good German and good English skills.
