To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Director of Engineering (m/f/d)

In the versatile, responsible and administratively strong role as Deputy Director of Engineering, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• You support our Director of Engineering in daily operations, take over operational management in their absence and control administrative processes in the background
• Whether heating, ventilation, sanitation or electrical: you keep all systems running and ensure everything works smoothly
• From dripping taps to flickering lights: you immediately recognise problems and reliably solve them with the engineering team
• You always keep an eye on maintenance plans, test protocols and checklists and document them carefully
• You coordinate, accompany and supervise external craft companies and service partners and ensure that their services meet our exclusive standards

You convince us with the following qualities:

• Completed vocational training in a craft (e.g. electrical engineering, HVAC) with solid professional experience and/or further education at tertiary level (e.g. certified operations manager HF, certified maintenance specialist, facility management or comparable qualifications)
• Organisational talent, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in finding solutions
• IT skills and a good understanding of digital systems
• You enjoy working with others and can also work independently
• Reliability, team spirit and a confident, positive demeanour
• Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
