For Senevita in Dorfmatt we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Certified Nurse with HF with RAI Responsibility 50-100% (also half working days possible)

Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
Spitex case management and active participation in expanding our internal Spitex services
You create care documentation and individual care planning

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
You have completed the RAI Supervisor or RAI Expert training
