Welcome to 1 North, a unique ward in Switzerland that is growing! Our team of around 45 dedicated employees and trainees cares for the MIBS (Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit) as well as the Delirium Unit. We specialize in the treatment of patients with acute delirium, complex somatic diseases, and simultaneous cognitive impairments. With us, you can expect exciting, interprofessional collaboration, a work environment with great development potential, and nursing based on the principles of Lean Management.

Your tasks

Deriving individual nursing needs or nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process

Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations

Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management

Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your profile

Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH

Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation

Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes to work in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration

Teamwork skills, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills, and business thinking

High commitment and high resilience
