Our team of around 45 committed employees and trainees cares for the MIBS (Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit) as well as the Delirium Unit. We specialise in the treatment of patients with acute delirium, complex somatic diseases and concurrent cognitive impairments. You can expect an exciting, interprofessional collaboration, a working environment with great development potential and nursing based on the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Deriving individual nursing needs and nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict management and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
