Training to become a Health Specialist with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
As a Health Specialist EFZ, you support people in their daily lives at the Senior Centre Wiesengrund, for example in personal care, mobilisation, food intake, daily structure, as well as in medical-technical tasks. Together with the interdisciplinary team, you ensure holistic care of the residents.
This is what you will learn with us
- Resource- and needs-oriented care and nursing of residents
- Conducting activities for residents
- Performing medical-technical tasks
- Administering medication, injections and tube feeding
- Administrative tasks
This is what you bring with you
- Completion of lower or middle secondary school (Sekundarschule A or B)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and their relatives
- Good and quick comprehension skills
- Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
- Resilience and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work irregular hours
