Your tasks
- Responsibility for the introduction and further development of our patient portal solution.
- Management and control of projects within the framework of product launch.
- Analysis, design, and optimisation of the digital patient journey across all relevant touchpoints.
- Creation and maintenance of the product backlog as well as definition of user stories.
- Planning, coordination, and support of software releases and rollouts.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, development partners, and service providers.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner in medical informatics or in the field of digital patient solutions.
- Education in medical informatics, healthcare, or a university degree (Uni, HF, FH) with relevant experience.
- Solid experience in product ownership with confident handling of prioritisation and management of a product backlog as well as collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of the requirements and processes of healthcare; knowledge of clinical workflows, treatment pathways, and patient-centred processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- High initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to bring together different interests and actively drive change.
- Communicative, persuasive personality with high resilience and stress tolerance.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; English or French are advantageous.
