Residential Area Manager 80-100%

Your Tasks

You take over the professional and personnel management of the employees and ensure a high quality of care processes in the department
You lead your team with commitment, set a good example, and promote motivation and collaboration
You support the planning, coordination, and organization of daily care based on our care concept
You ensure smooth information flow between residents, relatives, and the care team
You work closely with the nursing management and support them in organizational, administrative, and strategic tasks
You actively participate in care and work in assigned shifts (early and late shifts), including weekend shifts (1-2 per month)
You accompany and support apprentices and interns in their training and education

What You Bring

Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
Experience as a team leader/ward manager
Several years of experience in long-term care
Enjoyment in leading, developing, and motivating employees as well as working in a team
Strong communication and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees
You understand Swiss German and speak fluent High German
