Business Analyst (a) in Zurich
Workload: 80 – 100%
Start: immediately or by agreement
Switzerland is building on and with us. Because almost everywhere beautiful things are created, our software ensures smooth processes in the background. Over 150 clients use our PROVIS software for construction project management.
Are you excited about software and new technologies? Do you already have some knowledge of the processes in an SME or a larger company? Are you fascinated by digitalization and the resulting opportunities for optimizing processes around construction projects and the entire lifecycle of a property? Can you imagine supporting Swiss SMEs in the implementation of clever software solutions? Then we definitely need to get to know each other. Our business is booming, and we are looking for new colleagues who are eager to tackle something new professionally.
YOUR ROLE WITH US
- You will participate in the planning and execution of projects and assignments to ensure they are completed within the timeframe and budget. Through your coordinating interface function between various teams and stakeholders, you ensure a smooth project flow. You will identify project risks early and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- As a Business Analyst, you know how to listen carefully, analyze, and document precisely what our clients want. You are essentially the requirements wizard who transforms our clients' business requirements into clear, understandable documents.
- In your role, you will independently lead workshops with our clients to capture their requirements purposefully. You will continuously check whether the desired solution is technically feasible and economically sensible with PROVIS.
- Teamwork is more than just a buzzword for you – you support project managers, client advisors, and end users with your expertise and formulate the assignments for your colleagues in Requirement & Software Engineering.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- You are our interpreter and translate business requirements into technical concepts. Therefore, you should, or to be honest, must have experience in capturing customer demands.
- You quickly grasp connections, enjoy learning new things, and are driven by the ambition to understand your clients' business and show them good solutions.
- What exactly is written in your training certificates is not the most important thing. You probably have a solid IT education or a completed degree in (business) informatics, as a proven track record in business analysis, process optimization, or project management is a must for us.
- If you are strongly interested in business software or have perhaps dealt with it before, even better. And you should be able to convince well and generally have a good presence.
- Your colleagues are looking forward to reinforcement from an uncomplicated person who enjoys laughing, even at themselves. And yes, there is a lot of work waiting for you. "Gring ache u seckle" should not be foreign to you. It’s worth it, we promise.
OUR PROMISE
- A rewarding and super exciting job, where we will onboard you well in our valley. And once you are settled, very good development opportunities in a growing team.
- We are a bit embarrassed to boast about what is probably the best team spirit around. Therefore, we simply quote a five-star feedback from Kununu: "Team spirit is highly valued". True!
- From zero to a hundred in 18… no, not seconds, but years. We have grown quickly but healthily and are well organized.
- Lean structures and super simple decision-making processes.
- In our field, we are among the larger players and are known for our high quality.
- A good salary that you can influence with your performance. Sick pay and accident insurance? We cover that. Together with other benefits, this quickly adds up to several thousand a year.
Already caught fire? Do you want to get started today rather than tomorrow? Then send us your CV or the link to your LinkedIn profile. You can skip the cover letter; we are completely uncomplicated in that regard. hr@axept.ch.
And the (a) in the job title? It is our statement for diversity. We are all about mixed teams. Age, origin, skin color, or gender do not matter to us. Everyone is welcome here who can help us advance with their talent.
