To strengthen our team in the Supplementary Benefits department, we are looking for a
Business Analyst (80 - 100%)
Your tasks
- You analyse, document and define requirements for short-, medium- and long-term implementation initiatives.
- You methodically support the establishment of a structured and efficient requirements management within the company.
- As an interface between IT and specialist departments, you ensure that requirements are understandable, feasible and goal-oriented.
- You work closely with the specialist department to continuously develop and optimise existing solutions.
- You analyse needs and develop solutions, while not losing sight of the details. You contribute your knowledge in business analysis and support the specialist departments in the successful implementation of their projects.
Your profile
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science (Bachelor level or higher).
- Several years of professional experience in business analysis (professional level), preferably in the public administration or social insurance sector.
- Experience with common standards and methods including certification in business analysis / requirement engineering.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.
- Integrative, communicative and solution-oriented personality with the ability to build bridges between different specialist departments.
