Your Tasks
You independently manage the properties assigned to you and ensure a well-maintained and impeccable overall condition.
You conduct regular inspections and ensure the functionality and safety of the properties and technical systems.
You take care of the cleaning and maintenance of buildings, common areas, and outdoor facilities and carry out regular quality checks.
You independently perform minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep work.
You detect technical faults and defects early, initiate the necessary measures, and ensure their rectification.
You coordinate and accompany external craftsmen and service providers during their assignments as needed.
You are the first point of contact for our customers as well as for users of the managed properties and reliably attend to their concerns.
You document completed work, inspections, and identified defects.
You take on on-call and winter service duties, thereby ensuring reliable operation of the properties.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training in a technical profession and have several years of work experience.
You possess good technical understanding and manual skills.
You particularly enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility.
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong quality awareness characterise you.
You are willing to perform on-call and winter service duties.
Good German language skills, a category B driving licence, and IT knowledge complete your profile.
