For the Zurich Region New Build GU/TU we are looking for you as a committed and communicative Project Manager Planning and Development (m/f/d). In this role, you lead projects from the first customer contact to the building permit and thus shape the crucial early phases of our Design Build and other project types. Your workplace is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon.
Your responsibilities
- You lead projects in early phases – from the initial contact with the client through development to the building permit
- You collect, structure and document functional requirements, derive clear project goals and define the scope of services
- You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary planning and specialist teams
- You manage the planning regarding functionality, cost-effectiveness, permit feasibility, deadlines, opportunities and risks
- You coordinate the building permit process and ensure a structured handover to execution
Why you will succeed
- A completed education in construction (architecture, civil engineering, construction technology HF/FH or comparable) forms the basis for your successful start
- You bring several years of experience from early project phases in the TU/GU environment or real estate development
- You have experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams and are familiar with official procedures
- You can independently and proactively develop and successfully implement decision-making processes
- You know the relevant standards, guidelines and procedures in Switzerland
- Your communication is clear and convincing – in exchange with clients, investors and authorities
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style characterise you
- Good knowledge of CAD (ArchiCAD, Revit), experience with BIM and Dalux
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as fluent English skills
