Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the organizational, personnel, and professional management of 4 employees at two locations. Together with your team, you ensure the qualitative, quantitative, and timely processing of incoming files. Based on the strategy and regional goals, you review the offers and services of the Biel and Lyss locations and implement measures to optimize service quality. In addition, you ensure personnel resources and are responsible for the budget of the association. As a link, you coordinate and maintain contacts with various authorities and the Unia union.
Your qualifications
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent training with professional experience in the social insurance sector
- Leadership experience in a similar position and completed leadership training
- In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance
- Quick comprehension and an eye for the essentials
- Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
- Confident German or French language skills in speaking and writing with very good knowledge of the other language
