Your main tasks:
In this versatile role, you will play an important part in ensuring professional and future-oriented facility management.
- Supporting the operational and strategic responsibility for the facility management of the site
- Collecting, analysing and evaluating building-specific data as well as preparing meaningful reports
- Responsibility for master data maintenance and further development of the CAFM system
- Ensuring high service quality as well as availability and functionality of building spaces
- Monitoring and controlling building systems and external service providers
- Supporting and coordinating the technical building managers
- Initiating, accompanying and implementing technical projects and commissioning
- Active participation in fault finding and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and other technical systems
- Ensuring the flawless operation of the building management system including IoT sensors
- Close cooperation with planners, contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Leading and implementing sustainability initiatives as well as managing existing sustainability certifications
- Contributing to projects for continuous improvement of the workplace experience on campus
- Taking on on-call duties
- Deputising for the Head of Facility & Workplace Services during their absence
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education in facility management, maintenance or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience in facility management and technical building operations
- Sound knowledge of building, operational or supply technology
- Experience with CAFM systems and building management systems
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent working style
- High service orientation and strong solution focus
- Assertiveness, resilience and strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
