Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge and want to further develop your skills as a Technical Controller? In this role, you support construction projects with sound analyses, meaningful key figures, and your understanding of economic contexts. You already work with iTWO and want to take the next step in your development. Responsibilities:
- You take on the technical controlling and project controlling of our construction projects
- You create and maintain work calculations and support project teams with economic questions
- You perform target-actual comparisons and analyse cost developments as well as project key figures
- You prepare monthly reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases for project management
- You develop variance analyses and post-calculations and derive optimisation potentials
- You support subcontractor and supplier awards as well as budget planning
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical education
- You have several years of professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling, or a comparable function
- You have very good user knowledge of RIB iTWO as well as practical experience in work calculation and project management
- You are confident with calculation and billing programmes and bring a pronounced commercial understanding
- You think analytically and work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner
- You are characterised by high commitment, teamwork, and reliability
