Certified Construction Manager

Introduction

For an established construction and real estate company, I am currently looking for
suitable candidates for the following position:
Certified Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent management and supervision of construction projects
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality in new builds and renovations
• Preparation of tenders, quotations and work and contractor contracts
• Coordination with clients, architects, planners and authorities
• Management of construction accounting including invoice checks and amendments

Profile

• Completed training in the main construction trade (carpenter EFZ or bricklayer EFZ) with further training in construction management
• Practical experience is an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, reliable and assertive
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Messerli
