Certified Nurse - Visit - Zollikerberg Hospital at Home

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Care and support of somatically acutely ill patients in the emergency department and subsequently at home in their private environment
• Clinical assessment of the situation on site as well as advice on health promotion
• Independent execution of the nursing process even in situations of rapid changes
• Installation and instruction of telemedical devices
• Collaboration in an interprofessional treatment team
• Willingness to provide flexible support on other wards within the department if needed

The "Visit" project is led by the Clinic for Internal Medicine with training status A, which, with over 300 inpatients, more than 20,000 emergencies and more than 450 patients cared for annually in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, is a central and important service centre of the hospital.
