At the Chestenberg Retirement Home – our Chesti – 41 residents live. We are a manageable house with short distances, a personal atmosphere, and a team where everyone knows each other and supports one another.

Our surroundings are special too: a lily pond, the rushing Bünz river, a babbling brook, old trees, and colourful plants make the Chesti a little natural place in the middle of Wildegg. Our team regularly meets at the communal fire pit in the stone circle – sometimes good collaboration needs a fire, a coffee, and time for each other.

• You care for and support our residents individually, professionally, and with regard to what is personally important to them.
• You take responsibility in day-to-day operations and apply your expertise even in complex care situations.
• You work closely with relatives, doctors, and other professionals.

• You contribute your ideas and actively help shape the further development of our care.

What you bring

• Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Joy in working with older people
• Professional competence, responsibility, and independence
• A warm and humorous manner
• Team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and self-development
• Good German language skills and confidence in using electronic care documentation
