Our ecologically developed 18-hole golf course is nestled in the spectacular nature of Andermatt. The multiple award-winning course offers both enthusiastic leisure and ambitious golfers an impressive golfing experience.
For the summer season from 1 April to 30 November 2027, we are looking for a motivated individual.
What you can achieve
- Maintenance and care of the playing surfaces and equipment elements of an 18-hole golf course
- Professional care of eco and wooded areas
- Implementation of maintenance and regeneration measures
- Professional use of fertilisers and plant protection products (with appropriate training)
- Assistance with construction measures
- Independent operation, maintenance and care of the modern machinery fleet
- Assistance with the coordination of maintenance operations and tournament and event preparations
- Care and provision of the practice facilities
- Training as a greenkeeper or other completed manual training, preferably in landscaping, mechanics, construction or agriculture
- Professional experience in horticulture and/or golf course maintenance is an advantage
- Flexibility, resilience and stamina, even in poor weather conditions
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as regular weekend and public holiday shifts during the high season
- Driving licence category B
- Good spoken German skills (B1), English is an advantage

Who we are
Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also includes the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course, as well as the Andermatt concert hall.
