For our team at the Oftringen location, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Setter / Programmer CNC Milling (3- & 5-Axis) (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Programming and optimisation of CNC programmes via CAM (Mastercam)
• Independent setting up and conversion of 3- and 5-axis milling machines (focus: Hermle with Heidenhain control)
• Development, industrialisation and continuous optimisation of efficient manufacturing strategies for prototypes, new parts and series processes
• Responsibility for the implementation of new projects as well as first-piece and in-process inspections with the most modern measuring equipment
• Reliable processing of small, medium and large series while adhering to deadlines and quality requirements
• Active participation in operational activities and maintenance of tool and master data

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in the machining sector (polymechanic, production mechanic or similar)
• Several years of verifiable experience in CNC 5-axis milling as well as routine in handling Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of CAM software, especially Mastercam
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Flexible team player and proven specialist for prototypes as well as demanding precision parts
