What you achieve

To support our HR team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and service-oriented individual. Whether you already have HR experience or are a student with a strong interest in human resources looking to develop further: with us, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in an exciting and dynamic environment. In this role, you will support our HR team during the demanding and varied phase of integrating Helvetia and Baloise. With your contribution, you ensure that our HR processes are implemented efficiently, professionally and customer-oriented.

• Support of the HR team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, e.g. preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, references and other documents
• Taking on tasks related to the merger of Helvetia and Baloise
• Maintenance and management of personnel data in the HR systems, including changes
• Support in the recruitment process as well as in onboarding and offboarding
• Processing of changes and HR enquiries from employees, managers and external parties
• Your role in HR is initially limited until 31.12.2027

What you bring

• Ongoing studies or completed training with an interest in human resources as well as practical experience in an administrative environment (ideally in HR)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and/or Italian skills are a plus
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• High discretion and sense of responsibility when handling confidential information
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with people
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programmes; SAP is an advantage
