YOUR MISSION
- You will manage customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series production.
- You prioritize, execute, and close projects, including the selection and development of technical solutions.
- You implement the business segment strategy to secure business opportunities.
- You implement the pricing strategy and conduct project negotiations.
- You carry out and track local and group sales initiatives.
- You build networks and engage in social selling.
- You ensure intensive and efficient interaction with group resources to ensure proper project execution.
- You provide technical support and training for the internal and external sales team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification, complemented by a basic commercial education.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the fluid technology product group or in related industries.
- You have solid experience in project management and solution selling in a technical environment. Furthermore, you enjoy visiting customers.
- You are a technical specialist with strong sales skills and extensive project management experience.
- You are a highly sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
- You speak fluent German and have conversational English skills.
- You are willing to travel up to 50% of your working time.
