YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Leading a production team at the Altenrhein site with a clear focus on common goals (span of control approximately 15 employees)
- Promoting and developing employees through targeted support
- Creating a motivating, appreciative, and trusting team culture
- Forward-looking planning and coordination of personnel resources in close coordination with the department management
- Close collaboration with group leaders to optimally coordinate material flow and production processes
- Ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines through clear priorities, transparent communication, and shared responsibility
- Active involvement of the team in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Active participation in team meetings as well as conducting feedback and development discussions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training (e.g. industrial foreman or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment as well as solid leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills with high social competence, empathy, and the ability to inspire and develop employees
- Resilient, reflective personality with confident appearance and a solution-oriented approach even in demanding situations
- Structured and goal-oriented working style with a good sense for quality, efficiency, and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to provide clear guidance and make decisions
- High initiative and proactive action with a pronounced sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- High IT affinity (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
