Full-time Concierge (M/F), experienced, dynamic and reliable.

 Start date: January 2027

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the building according to the specifications
• Inform the management company in case of technical malfunctions or neighbourhood issues
• Take out the bins (good physical condition is required)
• Welcome companies and contribute to site management by supervising certain works
• Participate in the management of the building's security and safety
• Manage access to the building in case of moving or interventions
• Serve the tenants, provide information and enforce the rules
• Be able to handle unforeseen situations, whether technical problems or conflict management between neighbours

 Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in this field
• Holder of AFP/CFC cleaning agent certificate
• Ability to undertake small DIY tasks
• Good knowledge of cleaning products, machines as well as cleaning and maintenance techniques
• Good presentation, dynamic, reliable, willing and pragmatic
• Organisational and observational skills
• Spoken French; any other language is an asset
