Job Description

What to expect

• As part of our interdisciplinary planning team, you will work on demanding building construction projects across all project phases according to SIA – with a clear focus on execution planning.
• You will take on a central role in the constructive development and work in a consistently BIM-based planning environment with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• You will create execution, detail, and working drawings in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
• You will ensure the constructive development of components and details in the BIM model as well as the planning quality according to SIA standards and construction processes.
• You will participate in integral planning processes according to the ATP model and coordinate the BIM process interdisciplinarily with architecture, HVAC, and structural engineering.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You have training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture, a degree in Architecture (FH/ETH), or a comparable qualification.
• Your career shows several years of professional experience with a clear focus on execution planning.
• You are distinguished by very good skills in detailed planning and constructive implementation as well as sound knowledge of SIA standards and construction processes.
• Ideally, you have experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or comparable CDE systems as well as in interdisciplinary planning.
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good system knowledge in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
• You are enthusiastic about sustainable planning and the goals of the ATP Green Deal.
• A precise, structured, and independent working style rounds off your profile.
