Reservations Coordinator 60 - 100% (m/f/d)
from now or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Advise and support our guests at the highest level during their reservation
- Ensure smooth workflow in reservations
- Support your supervisor in all sales and reservation matters
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or commercial experience in back office
- Confident communication in German, English and French
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Enjoy sales and individual guest care
- Experience with hotel software Protel and reservation systems is an advantage
