About the job
Marina Lachen is the gastronomy and experience mile at the southernmost point of Lake Zurich. With around 70 employees, we operate three restaurants, a bar/lounge, banquet and seminar rooms for up to 120 people, a catering service, as well as a 4* hotel with 21 rooms. Our motto is: One for all – all for one! It’s better to work among friends.
We are looking for smart people for exciting tasks by the lake. Specifically: permanent employment - by arrangement a chef / cook 100% in our Italian restaurant "Osteria Vista"
You are a trained chef (m/f) or have solid professional experience. You love Italian cuisine, place great value on quality, and are characterised by your calm and precise way of working.
Your new role:
- Independent management of a station (Entremetier/Garde Manger)
- Production of freshly prepared dishes daily
- Assistance with goods receipt, orders, banquets and catering
- A friendly smile – you work in a show kitchen and therefore have direct guest contact
- Co-creation of the weekly changing menu
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

- Completed training as a chef or several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of Italian cuisine
- Committed personality, reliable and flexible
- You speak and understand German
