Your role with us

• You accompany and care for our residents individually, competently and appreciatively
• You independently and professionally carry out nursing, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You actively shape the everyday life of our residents and take on domestic tasks if required
• You contribute together with the team to a high quality of care and support

What you bring with you

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Empathy, team spirit and a positive, appreciative attitude
• Good IT user skills; BESA experience is an advantage
