Your tasks
- Operational service management, leading 2 to 4 employees and planning the personnel deployment of the service team
- Handling customer complaints as well as executing and following up on warranty orders
- Supporting and representing the head of bathroom renovations in consultation meetings, planning tasks and coordinating execution work
- Coordinating construction sites, scheduling materials, checking reports and measurements as well as preparing customer invoices
- Looking after private customers, property management and business partners
- Accompanying projects from the offer through execution planning to acceptance and issuing the final invoice
Your profile
- Training as a sanitary installer or heating installer or equivalent professional experience in building services engineering
- Further training as chief foreman, building services project manager, HF technician or technical merchant (planned or still in training)
- Driving licence category B
- Customer-friendly, responsible and quality-conscious as well as independent personality with organisational talent
- Good comprehension, systematic and rational way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- German: confident in style
