• Your education: You hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), are in training, or are interested in studying.
• Your expertise: You can assess complex care situations and make evidence-based decisions.

• Your communication: You can advise and support people and convey your knowledge clearly.
• Your working style: You work independently, in a structured way, and are open to digital working methods.
• Your mobility: You have a category B driving licence and own a car.
