• Management of mainly condominium associations but also rental properties (primarily residential properties, few commercial)
• Apartment inspections and handovers
• Conducting property viewings
• Monitoring of rental agreements
• Organisation of maintenance work
• Conducting condominium owners' meetings

Requirements

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in property management
• You have furthered your education towards a federal diploma / real estate trustee or similar
• You are a dynamic, communicative and open personality
• Your age: 25-45 years.
