About the job

The Jobshop workshop is a unique offering. From Monday to Friday, up to 45 employees carry out artisanal industrial work. The entry conditions are deliberately low and the requirements are designed to be accessible. Everyone who wants to work can do so without prior registration for up to three hours a day, receive a daily structure, be integrated into a work process, and experience appreciation. The offer is aimed at socio-economically disadvantaged and/or substance-dependent women and men in precarious life situations. As part of the pool of floaters, you will be deployed flexibly according to the needs in the Jobshop. You are always involved in the preceding personnel deployment planning. Furthermore, unplanned short-term assignments during work peaks or staff absences can be taken on. Your tasks in the Jobshop workshop: - Accompanying employees at their workplaces (work instruction and support) - Work preparation and planning - Quality control of the work - Ensuring work and operational safety - Responsibility for compliance with the house rules - Supporting the pedagogy team in the execution of customer orders - Assisting with the processing of orders for external customers - Transporting customer materials. Your profile: - You are trained or in training as a specialist in the social field and have capacities for assignments alongside your job or during training. Possibly you have already gained some experience in a similar environment and are interested in entering the social profession. - Interest and enjoyment in working with people with substance dependency and/or other psychological or social impairments and in the demanding working alliance with them - Resilient/grounded personality, good physical constitution, planning and improvisation skills - The desire to work manually in the workshop and production - Good IT application skills (Office) - Driving licence category B, passenger car/van.
