- Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant FA)
- SRK course/basic VBB course
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
- Service and customer orientation
- Teamwork and conscientious working style
- We rely on grade-skill mix; electronic care documentation is standard with us
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
- Employer contributions to daily sickness allowance insurance and pension fund higher than statutory regulations
- Varied and demanding work in an exciting and dynamic environment
