Technically Skilled All-Rounder in the Field of Building Maintenance (a)
Our site in Rothenburg LU (A2 Business Park & NuFa Center), which comprises four buildings and a car park, needs a good soul to support our building maintenance team with upkeep and cleanliness across the entire site.
Your tasks
- Contact person for all matters concerning the upkeep and cleanliness of the site and buildings
- Direct execution of cleaning tasks as well as supervision of external cleaning companies
- Carrying out outdoor work and maintenance of parking systems
- Support at the waste disposal site, with emptying and maintenance
- Carrying out minor repairs and technical support in case of problems
- Support and assistance at events as well as setting up rooms
- Operation, monitoring and minor repairs of building management systems, heating and ventilation systems as well as locking systems
- Performing winter services
Your profile
- Basic technical training
- Solid practical experience in building services maintenance
- Good PC user skills
- Residence in Rothenburg or surrounding area
- Driving licence category B and others such as forklift licence advantageous
