Product Specialist CNS (m/f)

About the job

Our client is the Swiss branch of a family-run pharmaceutical company specialising in the development, production and distribution of high-quality products in the field of CNS and nephrology. To strengthen the sales force, we are looking for a proactive and sales-strong personality from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive territory management and sole responsibility for the assigned sales area
• Competent care of specialists in practices and hospitals (paediatricians and child/adolescent psychiatrists, psychiatrists, neuropaediatricians and important general practitioners)
• Acquisition of new customers and responsibility for achieving sales targets
• Organisation and implementation of scientific training events with external speakers
• Representation of the company at meetings and congresses
• Regular reporting and passing on relevant market and competitor information 

Your profile:

• (Para-)medical or scientific training and/or further training as a pharmaceutical advisor/specialist
• Successful experience in Rx field sales
• Affinity for psychiatric disorders
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and high empathy
• Resilient and dynamic sales talent with negotiation skills and closing strength
• High degree of personal responsibility, conscientiousness and independence
• Confident handling of digital processes and systems
• Native German speaker, English and French skills advantageous
