The Rotacher Care Centre is an important partner in healthcare for the sponsoring municipalities of Dietlikon, Wallisellen and Wangen-Brüttisellen. 108 people are competently and professionally cared for by 160 employees in single and double rooms in long-term, transitional and short-term care as well as in dementia and psychiatric care.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, responsible and service-oriented individual as Department Head Technical Services 100% to start by arrangement.

• Ensuring the technical operation and maintenance of the property and surroundings
• Planning, organising and supervising maintenance and repair work
• Leading and coordinating the Technical Services team
• Supervising and supporting external craft and service companies
• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of outdoor areas and gardens
• Organising winter services and proper disposal
• Supporting and maintaining in-house alarm and telephone systems (first-level support)
• Participation in safety, fire protection and training topics
• Technical support for internal events and occasions

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or comparable craft training
• Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
• Experience in technical maintenance and building management
• Technical understanding as well as manual skills
• Experience as a vocational trainer and enjoyment in supporting and promoting apprentices
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Resilient, flexible and responsible personality
• Good manners and enjoyment in dealing with people in need of care
