To strengthen our inbound team in the finance sector in Wohlen (AG), we are looking for customer advisors immediately or by arrangement.

You are responsible for resolving our customers' concerns by phone. With your empathetic communication, you inspire your conversation partners daily.

Recording customer concerns

Good/very good French skills

Independent handling of correspondence in D/F/E (I)

Providing information regarding lost or stolen cards

Processing enquiries in customer systems

Impeccable reputation (no entries in criminal or debt registers)
