Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. We are looking as soon as possible or to be agreed upon, for the Morges Hospital site, for a:
Executive Assistant from 30% to 40% within the General Management
The position, offered at an annualized rate of 30–40%, requires candidates to be widely available to participate in about 30 to 40 annual meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees — scheduled or unscheduled — lasting 2 to 5 hours, mostly held in the evening, early morning, or sometimes full or half days.

YOU HAVE
- Significant experience as an assistant or executive secretary.
- A commercial employee CFC, a higher diploma, or any other title deemed equivalent.
- A professional attitude in line with the mission.
- Communication skills to interact with different interlocutors.
- Excellent writing, spelling skills, and good synthesis ability.
- Autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.
- A strong work capacity and adaptability in the mode of operation.
- The ability to anticipate, organize, and plan.
- Mastery of common IT and office tools.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Under the supervision of the General Secretary, provide administrative services for the board of directors: participation in meetings and drafting minutes; creation and distribution of documents and follow-up of files related to the function, etc.
- Minute writing is an activity that can be done remotely.
- Since board meetings are mostly scheduled at the end of the day and exceptionally during the day, the position requires strong flexibility regarding work time organization.
